SAS Institute dominates the data mining market SAS Institute’s dominant position in the data mining market continues to be confirmed by demand for its award-winning Enterprise Miner� data mining software. In the first six months of its release, SAS Institute sold more than one copy every single day of this state-of-the-art data mining solution. Sales, which totalled 200 licences in the first six months, are expected to make a significant contribution to the Institute’s overall revenue for 1998.
